Whether you’re a beginner looking to get healthy, you want to lose some weight or just build strength and have better life performance or you're a collegiate athlete with your eye on going pro—or anyone in between—we’re dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

Backed by decades of experience, we have the age-appropriate programs, expert coaching, and specialized training that will power you to your goals.

Our Training Program is derived from Division 1 Strength & Conditioning Programs. We also offer nutrition coaching, 1-on-1 training, large group training, family workouts, semi-private training, and online distance training.


At Impact Performance we define “athlete” as anyone dedicated to their sport, health or fitness.
All you need to do is show up and bring your dedication—we’ll provide the rest.
